The Studio

Just Enough

Our woodland studio was built by local craftsmen amid the maple, birch and elm trees on our New Hampshire property. We focused on creating just enough studio space and minimizing the amount of resources used to complete the project.

Our art materials management process does not use water so no pollutants are introduced into the aquifer. Instead, we use soy wax and containers of clean sand to clean tools and brushes.

We use an old garden shed as a gallery. During the warmer months, I paint outside in the garden surrounded by the various native plants, birds, insects and our two supportive dogs, Maddy & Darwin.

We welcome visitors & customers: please call or email to set up an appointment ahead of time unless it is a scheduled open studio event.
